Recipe: Broccoli and Swiss Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Two 10 oz pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese (I use Jarlsberg, i think it taste better)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, Mixed with 2 Tbls. melted butter
- Paprika
Preparation
Whisk egg slightly: add Mayo. And soup. Stir in broccoli, onion and
cheese. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crumb
mixture, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 35 to 40
minutes. Serves 8
